Continuous VAT hikes, which the left has also consistently supported, did not help,
Additional borrowing, which the left has also consistently supported, did not help,
Increases in excise taxes, which the left has also consistently supported, did not help,
Gift and inheritance taxes, which the left has also consistently supported, did not help,
Free preschool, free elementary school, free middle school, free high school, free university, free second university degree, free doctoral dissertation, free health centers, and free employment, health, and medical care didn’t help either. It didn’t help!
